For several years, Golden Rule Property Management operated as a sole proprietorship, with residential rental properties being purchased and deeded in the name of the owner. As the company grew, liability protection began to be needed. Yoder Financial Services handled all the necessary filings to form a partnership LLC as required by their state. YFS also set up their payroll tax accounts and continues to handle all payroll and payroll tax functions, in addition to tracking monthly depreciation for the array of residential rental units owned by the business.
